My client's requirement was to build a framework where different organizations including Government and NGOs can build and share the video based information campaigns for their field workers. This platform will be accompanied by an android based mobile application that will provide a very simple and intuitive interface for the fieldworkers to access these campaigns. Considering that mobile empowerment of the frontline workers is already underway in many projects where it is currently primarily being used for the data collection purposes. This application will, therefore, be an added utility on their Smartphone’s and enable them to connect to access relevant information as and when needed. The mobile application will collect important metrics on video usage (locally in case of no connectivity) and organizations can view these analytics on their web-based dashboard. I made this project using html,css,php and android sdk within the time of two months
