• Providing necessary assistance in the organization & Supervision of cable and underground duct laying works projects in Northern Emirates (Ras Al Khaimah).
• Allocation of jobs to different sub-contractors, allocation of resources (Store), scheduling of activities, inspection and rectification of errors and mistakes, on site assistance (technical and coordination) and reconciliation of the store on completion of each project.
• Providing necessary assistance in carrying out new infrastructure development and maintenance (existing) works and special projects i.e. GSM site, Road works etc.
• Optical Fiber and Copper cable laying, Jointing and termination.
• Installation of cabinets, FDHs and splitter for FTTH/GPON.
