Attend customer’s calls, and respond to their queries / complaint in maximum TAT with regards to their accounts, or any product(s) they are availing.
Activation of VISA Debit Card.
Initiation of E-forms / Complaint forms on receipt of any query from the customer pertaining to Debit card, Loans, Account Statements, Debit card disputes, card replacement, address change, blocking of Debit card & charges etc.
Satisfactory resolution to customer queries/ complaints in minimum time line. Give updates of customer’s complaints and resolution thereafter to the line.
Ensure knowledge of various products to generate leads.
Pay order, Local and Foreign Currency Demand Drafts, Cheque Book, Bank Statement, etc.
