November 2011, a complaint committee was formed by the Managing Director, PSO in which complaints were received regarding different legal issues, I was nominated to coordinate with the committee members to resolve the complaints on the given deadline and was assigned confidential tasks to report directly to the Chairman Complaint Committee. Beside this, my task was to manage the whole committee including the arrangements of meetings, sorting out the various complaints and handover to the respective heads through proper confidential channel.
