I am a finance graduate with having Master's degree in Finance from renowned Hailey College of Commerce, Punjab University. I joined UMT in 2017, and since then my primary job responsibility is to provide research assistance to MS Finance students which give me exhilaration to learn more. Responsible for preparing monthly & daily bank reconciliations. Follow ups for day to day transactions with banks. Maintain all bank books. Foreign currency balances from banks on weekly basis & their voucher feeding.
Managed Sale Collection and prepared management reports. D.O & Local Sale Invoice making. Booking of Voucher upon receipt of complete documents. Accountable for performing all data entries on system. Reconciliation of Local sales monthly. Working of 0.5% income tax on local sales.
Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward
Analysis of ERP reports
Prepare a shipment detail and purchase order sheet of the month
Prepare job wise profit and loss sheet of the month . Calculate monthly Labor and overheads allocation sheets Compete capacity utilization reports on monthly basis
Prepare collateral reporting
Coordinate with IT department for system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, receiving, shipping, and other.
Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories
Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls
Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory,
Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability
Work in special projects as required
Support and assist internal department reporting requirements

I have a teaching experience in leading college of our city and I am good in teaching, problem solving, answering questions, class management and controlling the students. I have excellent communications skills to transfer my knowledge to the students, and I believe that I can prove myself a best teacher for commerce.
During the internship period i worked under the supervision of Deputy Director (ADMN) and took part in training programs. As an internee for 6 weeks I prepared a product report as well as internship report.
