Trouble shooting and maintenance of Turbomachs Taurus 60 Gas Turbine, Dresser Rands Steam Turbine, HRSG boiler & Enerprojects Gas compressor, Jenbachers Gas & Duetzs (HFO + DIESEL) engines.
Study & Troubleshooting of Excitation, Synchronization, Control system, Protection schemes & Logics.
Testing & Calibration of SEGs and SCHNEIDERs protection relays.
Troubleshooting of M.V & L.V Switchgear, VCB, ACB, & SF6 circuit Breaker, Motor Control Centre (MCC), Auxiliary Service Panels, ABB, Siemens and Grundfoss L.V motors up to 400KW.
Calibration & Testing of Instruments e.g. transducers, control valves, pressure switches, level controller and switch.
Prepare and review Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plan.
Maintain stock level of spare parts for preventative Maintenance.
Prepare new electrical designs and do modification in Electrical system as per plant requirement.
Conduct Feasibility study, report writing of projects and site supervision.
Conduct internal technical audits and supervise external audits.
Project planning, implementation and execution.
Drawing and documentation management.
Insure safe working environment and compliance with plants HSE/ISO Standards.
