Strategic Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development.
Minimize / prevent churn within the existing customer portfolio
Guarantee 100% accurate information capturing for all customers on the portfolio
Organize workdays
Plan daily/weekly sales visits
Close coordination with Credit & Collection for timely assignment of credit limits
Continually monitor and track regional sales performance
