Manage the overall operations of TUSDEC Project in Hyderabad
Sr Assistant Manager
Served as Head of Different Electrostatic Powder Coating Plants.
To Manage overall production targets in the planned timeline and manage overall resources in the best optimum way so as to reduce production cost.
Facilitated visits of the foreign experts from Milagros Consultant and implemented the suggested changes in the process like manpower reduction , improvement in OEE, increase in SPR and FPY by reduction in defects percentage.
Production Engineer
Served in shearing and sheet metal department for the improvement of overall productivity by reducing downtime and managing optimum inventory.
Improved overall product cost by waste reduction management and re utilisation of some waste blanks in different product parts.
Also assisted Italian , German and Swiss Engineers in the installation and commissioning of new production setup for the enhancement of Production capacity named at A2B.
Quality Control Engineer
To conduct inspection of parts assemblies and sub assemblies at different manufacturing processes and generate SPR and other QC reports to assesses overall shop performance and suggest suitable means to bring down the critical faults and improve overall productivity.
Refrigeration Circuitry Analyst
To analyse the refrigeration circuit temperature at different regions and conduct test and trials to gather cooling efficiency data for best cooling efficiency in real-time environment.
