I am a highly expert with extensive experience in review and production of community mobilization, conducting surveys, developing guidelines to encourage positive behavior and attitude change towards education. Supports the project team and stakeholders to integrate participatory and community-based approaches in the education planning, intervention, monitoring and evaluation. Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation of community mobilization in coordination with project team, identify policy and practice change, on the basis of the program experience, that will promote and protect the rights of children. Develop a feedback mechanism for communicating program results, also ensure the effective implementation of designed plan in the areas of intervention with the support of program manager and technical coordinators. Produces reports, briefing papers and presentations for internal and external audiences, also mobilize and support existing community groups for active participation in health-related activities and advocacy as relevant.
