1. Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of Primavera
P6 software.
2. Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of work for timely execution of the project through Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports with respect to
review of the overall project.
3. Develop and update the resources (Manpower and Equipment) histogram weekly or monthly.
4. Preparation of one month look ahead plans.
5. Generation / Updating of Progress S-Curves.
6. Conveying comparison between plan and actual progress to project manager and providing alternative approaches to work.
7. Drafting official letters and Participate in project meetings/discussions with competent authorities.
8. Study Technical drawings and coordinate with site staff for execution.
9. Preparation of shop drawings.
10. Preparation of rate analysis for Non-BOQ Items.
11. Preparation of Submittals, comparative statements, generating Purchase/Work Orders for Sub-Contractors.
