I have MBA degree in hands from Federal Urdu University, Islamabad with five years of working experience in social and development sectors. I have worked with various national and international organizations including the British Council, Pead Foundation, Voice of youth and Dost foundation. During my professional career, I have been involved in Field Management, preparing regular financial and administrative reports on expenses and project budget, Project Management/Execution, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research Studies, Team Management, Project Appraisal, Conducting Training of Field and management staff, Data Management, Data Cleaning, Database Development etc.
Prepare budget forecasts and estimates in coordination with NPM for annual and quarterly budget requirements;
Develop and process requests for advances to the field staff and ensure settlement of all advances in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines;
Assist in preparation of payments requests/travel claims with the supporting documentation for payment;
Handle all financial matters of the field surveys, meetings, and trainings organized under the project;
Act as focal person for project audit for GoP funds;
Prepare and maintain ledger for monitoring financial commitments, monthly financial statements, non-expendable property ledger;
Prepare budget estimates and reconciles the accounts of the project with AGPR;
to checked it Hajji applicant data and passport and theirs visa data and then accommodate in building according to place of departure .
