Currently I am working as Assistant Training Officer in Hashoo Foundation, Regional Officer Rawalpindi in a Project funded by FATA Development Authority. At Hashed Foundation, I am mainly responsible to perform the following tasks under various skill development initiatives:

• Assisting Program Team in preparing plans including detailed Implementation Plan for trainings
• Conducting Interviews & Scrutinization of Documents of Project Beneficiaries
• Registration of Trainees, documentation and record keeping
• Assisting the Program Team in Monthly Progress Report
• Distribution of Trainees Batch Wise and developing class timetable
• Supporting Program Team in Participants Profiling
• Conducting Orientation Session with Trainees
• Developing & implementing schedule /class Time Table for various trades
• Commencement of Classes Trade Wise (5 Trades)
• Developing Training Material for FDA Beneficial in close consultation with training team
• Developing Trade wise Pre & Post Evaluation forms for FDA Trainees
• Supporting Team in Monthly Stipend disbursement
• Cross verification of Hostel Lists in close consultation with Admin, Hostel Management & HF Admin
Accomplishments:
• Successfully checked, cross verified the data for MIS of the registered trainees timely
• Data Managed & entered in MIS of 103 registered trainees within the stipulated time of all trades

INTERNEWS is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to empower local media worldwide to give people the news and information they need, the ability to connect and the means to make their voices heard. At Internews I was mainly responsible to implement, coordinate & organize journalism training activities under DRL –TIC Project:

Accomplishments:

• Successfully monitored & conducted training events on \"Responsible Reporting \" for Print & Electronic media professionals of the project areas
• Assisted the training team in monitoring journalism related training including identifications, securitization of participants and interviewing the selected participants
• Developing questionnaires, Pre & Post evaluation forms in consultation with training team
• Daily observations, feedback and report writing during and after the training
• Conducted Eight (08) training events on \" Security Awareness\" for Media Professionals of the project areas
• Organized two “Civil Society Learning Events” for Civil Society Groups working in conflict affected zones i.e. Southern Punjab, Balochistan , KP & FATA
• Arranged Ten Days TV Boot camp training for TV Journalists of the Project areas
• Held a ten day “Communications Boot Camp training” for CSOs of the project areas from April 15-26,2013

NRSP-Institute of Rural Management is one of the Pakistan’s foremost training institutes in the non-profit sector, working for the cause of poverty reduction through skill enhancement that instils a spirit of self reliance as well as paves the way for securing gainful employment.

Accomplishments
• Successfully conducted & monitored training events under SGAFP Project(USAID Funded) to build the Capacity of LSOs/CBOs about “Project Proposal Writing, Book Keeping & Project Cycle Management”
• Conducted “ToT on DRR & DRM” for above 575 Sindh Government Officials in Collaboration with Sindh Government funded by UNDP
• Monitored and Conducted training events on Record Keeping, “Participatory M & E” focusing on “LFA indicators and M & E Tools” for 2700 Community Activists under Social Mobilization Project funded by PPAF Rawalakot-III
• Organized training about “Participatory M & E”, Participatory Development & “Project Cycle Management” for the staff of local NGOs Under FATA CBP
• Arranged Training Events under “Punjab Education Sectors Reforms Programme (PESRP) i.e “Project Orientation Workshop for trainers under PESRP” , “Capacity Building of School Councils” and “Head Teachers’ Training”
• Conducted Training Events on “CIF” for One Hundred Community Activist under PPAF funded Project
