I am responsible to assess Organization-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees. Responsible for/to:• Manage the routine operations of the department• Conduct annual training and development needs assessment.• Develop training and development programs and objectives.• Administer spending against the departmental budget.• Organize Trainings / Workshops using Administrative / Technical support.• Explore and maintain a panel of reputed and qualified trainers.• Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events.• Develop and maintain organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources.• Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.• Work effectively as a team member with other members of management and the department staff.

Prepare the marketing materials, proceedings, reports and other program related materials
Maintain close liaison with AHQ and civil/public sector organizations.
drafting the yearly training calendar for Students, Faculty, Staff, Officers and Managers
Monitor registrations and payments of training courses
Quarterly training calendar in liaison with trainers
Publicity, commercial and marketing matters through E-marketing, correspondence and newspapers
Visit public and private organization, industries, banks, airlines, civil aviation authority.
Organize Training / Workshops using Administrative / Technical support.
Arrangement of the awards and certificates for Participants, Trainers and Guest Speakers
Arrangement of refreshment/working lunch/group photo session
Plan, organize and conduct outdoor activities of courses/workshops in coordination with P&D Directorate
Answer phone calls and deal with clients quires.
