• Looking regulatory affairs & dealing with Government bodies like PSQCA, DRAP, PCSIR (Ministry of Science & technology) etc.
• Handling all types of customer complaints & recalls.
• Ensured the in process checking of all products during filling & packing of cosmetic products.

• Maintain all Quality reports, Batch history records and calculations and present them as to Top Management of LOREAL.
• Manage ERP Module by ensuring all Quality inputs.
• To conduct Internal audits of departments as per annual internal audit plan.
