Providing leadership, management support & leads overall operations under standard operating procedures set by Ministry of Health, State of Qatar for citizens of Pakistan intending to move to State of QatarKey Accomplishments: Facilitated re-opening of the Center(s) after their closure in COVID – 19 Pandemic Established strong security systems in line with SOP’s advised by State of Qatar Established liasons with partner agencies, hospitals, diagnostic centers for collaborative services required by Center Established Memorandum of Understandings as per advice of International Partners between the Organization and external Establishments. Facilitated the positive image of workforce of Islamic Republic of Pakistan to International front particularly with State of Qatar Facilitated the strong implementation of policies and procedures within the Centers as per guidelines provided by Ministry of Health, State of Qatar Facilitated all the regulatory affairs concerning operations within Islamic Republic of Pakistan

 Augmented positive public image, facilitated establishment of efficient internal and external customer interfaces. Assessed organizational development of health services functions and used principles of quality improvement.
 Formulated policies, procedures, and protocols for the clinical care, optimized designated areas of service to assure care is delivered in a safe and well-organized manner; oversaw external services of the hospital including affiliations.
 Implemented quality objectives of the hospital and ensures standardization as per requirements of iso 9001:2015. Assured development of staff through implementation of logically developed goals, objectives, and strategic plans.

 Formulated a management plan for every patient in consultation with medical staff and ensured appropriate investigations are ordered and followed up and that the management plan is altered necessarily.
 Provided consultation to medical colleagues and checked educational support for junior medical staff including protected time and adequate staffing levels available for teaching and guiding new incoming medical officers
