A 160 million PM business based on 4000 outlets on weighted, retail and biker channels at North Nazimabad area. Based on 80 team members with 21 vans. The business is dealt in powered categories. I managed to grow the area from 125 million PM to 154 million PM and achieve ever highest in the month of June with 170M. Based on the performance.
As a Senior Manager Sales & Marketing, I got a chance to manage business for Unilever of their leading brand Wall’s Ice cream. I was escorting annual business of 400mil escalated on 1600 outlets (Served through 13 vans) within the area of Karachi surrounded 70(X-Y) kilometers. Leading enormous group of 50 team members. I was also contributing 25% of the logistic business preceding new clients where the company provides the best logistic services with a large owned fleet of 10 – 60 feet containers.
