Some responsibilities were:
• Responsible for the delivery of end to end recruitment cycle from CV’s short listing and screening and interviews
• Responsible for On-boarding and Orientation that includes successful on boarding of more than 1000 employees in 3 regions and 150 orientation sessions including Retail and Manufacturing
• Enrollment and documentation of new entrants that includes more than 1500 employees
• Initiated “Trial bases” hiring and confirmation
• Use different Selection devices for screening and short listing of candidates
• Reduces the turnover rate by 7% on average through effective screening
• Manage a team of 3 officers to execute monthly payroll activities including Attendance
