Plan, coordinate and conduct internal and external ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System audit cycles, ensuring quality objective of AHCS are successfully met.
Preparation, execution and closed out of two internal and one external ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System audit cycles.
Direct and indirect complaint record via registration form. Handing the complaint, follow-ups, close out and trend analysis.
