As an aspiring Sales Expert, I leverage 9+ years of territory sales operations and distribution management experience to drive profitability and growth. Throughout my career, I have been optimizing sales & marketing processes and developing a highly competitive workforce. As an Assistant Distribution Manager at Muller & Phipps Pakistan, I optimized the productivity of sales force through a monitoring and control system to timely address performance gaps. Furthermore, I engaged 3000+ customers in the assigned territory and boosted business growth by incentivizing direct customers.


Another feather in my cap is when I boosted territory sales via mobilization of the workforce. I designed strategic sales plans, led a 5-membered team and a field force of 35 personnel. I also managed and tracked teams’ performance; fixed productivity issues through capacity building training, product/service awareness sessions, follow-up meetings and field visits.

DRIVES BUSINESS GROWTH: Collaborated with merchandising team to enhance product visibility as per terms of Share of Shelf (SOS), On-Shelf Availability (OSA), Out of Category Display (OCD) and Planograms; devised Go to Market (GTM) strategies and contributed to increasing products market share.
