Working as a senior support specialist at Hired Support. As the company provides super quality services to all their clients. I am responsible to deliver the best customer support services on behalf of my company to customers around the globe. The job is mainly concerned with direct interaction with the customers through Live Chat so prompt response requires deep knowledge about the product and services, client offering to their customers.
