概要

Leading Recruitment & Selection process, Drafting and posting job ads (internal as well as external), short listing Candidates, scheduling conducting Interviews, salary negotiations, reference checks.
Timely issuance of offer/contract/ confirmation, experience letters, promotion letters.
Conduct the orientation session of newly hired employees. Timely update personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
Analysis the data for HR reporting Organise staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
Develop Job descriptions and Job specifications for different positions.
Administering Payroll of 2000 employees in MS Dynamics (ERP) 2012.
Conduct salary survey from different companies.
Detect and handle complaints, disputes of the staff.
Design the grading structure for overall organisation. Successfully developed and implemented overall HR policies .i.e. Code of Conduct, Recruitment Selection, Attendance, Gratuity, Medical, Training Development, Hajj Policy, car Policy, Traveling Fuel allowance and more. Employees compensation matters, Annual Gratuity, Medical Claims, Earned Leaves, compensatory leaves and Loans, final settlement of employees (Leave Encashment, Salary and Annual Gratuity).
Conduct Exit interviews and finding the factors resulting employees resignations.
Handling the EOBI and Social security of employees
