branch operation manager in ABL

Manage branchs operations in line with system and procedure and improve quality of operation
Manage delivery of efficient customer services
Implement the internal and external policies and regulations of effective internal control
Provide infrastructure/computer/equipment etc
Organize Regular meetings with staff to resolve issues
Rectification of irregularities in regular and supervise audit of the branch operation
Maintenance of security stock of stationery.
Communicate all information to operation staff regarding special promotions and sale items
Help in deposit mobilization
Communicating politely with customers by email, letter, face to face, and
Telephone.
Providing advice and help to customers using the products or services of the organization.
Supervise overall operations of the branch and ensure check and balances are in place in accordance with the instructions issued by COK/SBP from time to time
Ensure discipline and decorum of branch
To plan, organize and assign the functional responsibilities to the directly reporting staff
Review performance of directly reporting staff
