In charged in the overall operations in controlling of operating inventory, Food & Beverage issues, stores, receiving, portion sizes and wastages including costing of café and restaurant menus and recipes in all locations and variety of all other inventory control activities.
Placed control by conducting kitchen visits in all production units, restaurants & cafes as well as in visited receiving department to standardized receiving.
Managing the departments in a way to rationalize day-to-day exceptions and resolution thereof.
Monthly handled cost JV, reconciliation report, administered inventory management
and enhanced par stocks of the store and as well as outlets for smooth operations; also
carried out regular store visits for the force issue and inventory management.
Monthly Preparation of Profit & Loss Statement after finalizing of Direct and Indirect Expenses and Income.
Monthly Finalizing and Reporting of Drawings and other misc expenses of Directors.
To plan and supervise the daily operation of the inventory control office, food and beverage stores, receiving, and purchasing departments, through guiding and supervising concerned personnel in the execution of their assigned tasks and duties.
Preparation of all kinds of financial and accounts Reports & periodical statements related to the department concerned.
To provide the management with accurate figures of the food and beverage costs.
Overall responsible for the Food & Beverage cost control operation in the restaurant.
To prevent and detect accidental errors and / or fraud related to the receiving, issuing, and sales of items in the restaurant F&B operation.
Administered the finalization of all other closing activities like outlet inventory.
