I am Working as MEP/HVAC Services Manager for looking after Nationwide After Sales Services Operations and Maintenance Contracts. 

Build strong relationships with customers for new business development opportunities.
Sign service level agreements and operation maintenance contracts with customers for Installed VRF/Chilled Water System/Lifts/Fire Fighting.
Generate revenue from spare parts, services and O&M to achieve targets for department growth.
Finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve services operations nationwide.
Manage hiring, training, retention and performance of the customer service team.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements impacting customer care function.
Develop customer incentive and retention programs to ensure customer loyalty.
Develop procedures and policies for better handling of Customer correspondence and customer complaints.
Develop strategies to increase the quality and efficiency of Customer Support 
Collaborate with business development team and marketing team to maximize revenues and customer loyalty.
Schedule meetings with the internal teams to discuss and resolve customer service failures/customer concerns and operation issues on time.
Provides leadership and support for Services & Operations and also responsible for providing services to customers across the country.
Coordinates and plan service operations with service engineers & team Leaders in the field to ensure customer needs are being met efficiently, accurately and on schedule.
Coordinates with Installation, Customer Support Operations, and Sales to ensure smooth delivery of Source services.
Acts as key company representative to deal with Key Custoemrs.
