Key Responsivities include but are not limited to:

Liaison with donors and the Govt. line departments to ensure the adequate flow of information among all stakeholders for effective execution of project activities.
Responsible for Registration of Centre with Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC)
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes as per the policies of AAS Trust.

To guide & orientate patients and their families about organizational policies and treatment procedures at the time of inquiries registration, pre-admission visits and finally at the time of admission.
Registered inquiries and finalized admissions of patients as per set protocols of AAS Trust.
Encourage discussions to forge the relationship with a wide range of stakeholders, and find opportunities that align with what they are telling us matters, ultimately creating deeper liaisons to ensure the smooth implementation of addiction treatment of admitted patients and become their recovery successful.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accomplish the program objectives and outcomes within the contextual constraints; ensure the overall success of the project by making sure to complete the defined activities while adhering to internal standards and contractual obligations; and that the project is completed on time, within budget, and with acceptable quality.
Develop a project management plan, ensure its smooth implementation, and manage the team’s performance of project tasks and activities while ensuring the use of appropriate techniques and materials for hygiene promotion and training.
To lead the project team and provide technical support, training, and capacity building along with project budget orientation through the passing of timely orders, review of monthly forecasts, and monitoring of expenditure.
Track the progress of activities, ensure the collecting of project track indicators and provide on-time internal status reports and external donor reports; participate in the elaboration of technical design on WASH interventions for program proposals and budgets as requested.

Ensure that the agreed outputs and outcomes of the projects are delivered according to the set standards and timelines.
Engage, coordinate and sign MOUs with the relevant district-level government (Health, Education, and PHED) and civil society organizations for supporting the project implementation.
Ensures all agreed administrative and financial procedures are followed and maintained by the implementation to ensure project quality.
Participation in cluster meetings of health, WASH, and Education and present the progress of the organization.
To supervise the E&I (equity and inclusion) activities and ensure the participation of children, senior citizens, and special persons in the ongoing activities.

Implemented different mobilization tools to modify the behaviours of the individuals in the targeted communities with a flexible approach to meeting the project objectives.
Intermittently participate in the local festivals and community events, as these events are a great place to get a booth and get to know the community, it raises awareness and provides a face for our esteem organization and help in planning & successful implementation of project activities
Ensure the project activities according to Detailed Implementation Plan (DIP)/approved budget and Logical Framework Analysis (LFA)
Ensure the implementation of the WASH Project according to PATs and CLTS approaches on the ground.
Ensure continuous monitoring of the project\'s progress to ensure that the project achieves specific objectives and results.
Identify and build the capacity of influential local stakeholders like CRP, VSCs, LHW, LHV, and Teachers.
Conducted and supervised the E&I (equity and inclusion) activities and ensured the participation of children, senior citizen and special persons in the ongoing activities
Prepare project information, reports, statistics, documentation as required by the Water Aid (donors) and Muslim Aid UK.
Lead district Office team to ensure best possible district level government, private and social sector relations and that project meet all legal requirements.
Ensure timely and smooth implementation of the project in the district and liaison with the Govt and Communities stakeholders to ensure timely implementation.

To select, orientation and training of community resource persons (CRPs).
To conduct a pre-implementation KAP survey to collect the data from targeted communities and incorporate survey result findings into designing mobilization activities.
To conduct meetings with community stakeholders and select individuals from all the sects of the village for the formation of a village committee (VC) to ensure transparency in all upcoming decisions.
To be engaged and relevant to the targeted community’s norms & settings to build forge relationships and to gain the set outcomes of the project
Implemented mobilization skills with a flexible approach and realize the community to recognize their nonprofit needs and appreciate their efforts in supporting our Organizational cause
Implemented multiple mobilization tools and ensured the toilet in every household through behaviour change interventions so that the targeted village achieved the ODF title.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To develop effective links between health facilities and the community essentially to ensure that malnourished children are appropriately identified, referred and followed up.
Organized and supervised capacity building sessions of (LHS, LHV, LHWs, Teachers, Parents, Religious leaders, VC members)
Promote understanding and ownership of the programme in the community to link prevention of malnutrition and treatment of malnutrition at the grassroots level so that while children are being effectively treated, the underlying causes (or deny to access the treatment facilities) can also be addressed.
Conducted community outreach activities with help of Govt. machinery LHWs, LHVs, LHS and volunteers for case finding and follow-ups visits at BHU.
Conduct and facilitate training/capacity building sessions of LHWs, LHVs, LHS, and community volunteers (VCs) to achieve the project goal.
Maintained close linkages with the BHUs and RHC for the successful implementation of the project.
Community meetings with key stakeholders and focus group discussions with community members and/or the caretakers for children in the programme can be held periodically to raise awareness about the programme and to investigate any issues such as high default.
Promote close coordination and healthy relationship with community decision-makers/key stakeholders includes; community leaders, religious leaders, traditional practitioners and community-based organisations to ensure the inclusion of all community sects in the programme, conduct house to house visits and identify, refer and follow up malnourished children to BHU.
To ensure regular follow-ups of OTP patients to a treatment facility (BHU) and continuous intake of ready to use therapeutic food (RUTP).
