PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE:
 Responsibilities:
·         Working as Shift Incharge covering area of crusher, raw mill (Loesche), Kiln, Coal mill, Cement mills and packing plant to run the plant smoothly.
·         Responsible for economical, safe, environment friendly and trouble-free operation, production analysis and quality control with the coordination of all service departments.
·         Attending troubleshooting on plant and arrangements for rectification as soon as possible.
·         Plant operation, maintenance and modification discussion with HOD production, implementation of instructions given by higher authorities according to the organization rules and regulations.
·         To observe the operational parameters of all the units, review operators/ patroller’s actions during the shift and give feedback to them to achieve smooth operation.
·         Controlling feed rate, fuel rate, burning zone and flame condition, secondary air temperature, pre-heater temperature, draft, kiln inlet CO & O2 %, clinker bed thickness in cooler, clinker liter weight, F-CaO and hood draft.
·         Weigh feeders drop tests as per requirements.
·         To take immediate steps to ensure best quality of cement with coordination of quality control department.
·         During shutdown supervise all the major tasks including replacement of castable, bricks in preheater, kiln, TAD and cooler.
·         Responsible for the plant personnel / Equipment’s safety and their optimum utilization during the shift.

Preparation of daily production and summary reports.

POWER PLANT WATER TREATMENT, WATER RECYCLING PLANT, COAL AND RAW MATERIALS EXPERIENCE:
·         Responsible for smooth running of Steam turbine, Wartsila engines, HRSG Boilers, Condenser, pumps and water treatment plants.
·         Troubleshooting of all types of chemicals & acid dosing pumps.
·         Perform & supervision of all types of water testing of cooling towers, Boilers, Feed line, Condensate line & Reverse osmosis plant.

Supervision of hydro testing of Condenser.
Provide supervision, leadership, specialist knowledge and expertise to my team for mechanical maintenance and fault finding/troubleshooting.
Identify, evaluate, plan and assign/execute preventive & corrective maintenance jobs as per OEM recommendations.
Calibration of equipment’s related water treatment and coal.
Complete Analysis of Coal Proximate and ultimate (ADL, GCV, NCV, V.M, Ash, Sulfur, T.M, I.M, HGI) and Monitor Coal sampling.
Complete analysis of cement raw materials including gypsum, laterite, silica sand, flint clay and marble.
Ensure and maintain good working relations and coordination with operation and other service departments.
Supervision of waste water recycling plant.
Ensure the isolations of equipment according to KCCL safety rules.
Responsible of safety related to my section.
Initiate spare parts requisition timely for procurement of spare parts/material & chemicals.
Preparation of Maintenance and operation reports in ERP Oracle system.

BOILERS COMMISSIONING:
·         Worked with Chinese engineers in boil out process of boiler to remove dusts, debris, rusting and flushing of lines of boilers and steam.
·         Monitoring the proper chemical dosing of caustic, trisodium phosphate and Hydrazine required for boil out process of boilers.
·         Involved in purging process of boilers for steam purity and dosing of chemicals required for purging process.
 

Responsibilities:
·         Monitor whole Condensing steam turbine water treatment like Cooling tower, WHR Boilers, Coal fired Boilers and Condensation.
·         Monitor Complete chemical analysis of raw water, RO feed water, RO product water, boiler feed water, boiler drum water, condensate and cooling tower water & Chemical Dosing according to Water Chemistry.
·         Calibration of equipment’s related water treatment.
·         Corrosion rate & Bio Count Monitoring.
·         Preservation of boilers during plants Short & long shutdown conditions.
·         Operation & Maintenance of RO plant local and Japanese Kawasaki, Softener & Ultrafiltration plant.
·         C.I.P cleaning & troubleshooting of RO plants.
·         Troubleshooting of all types of chemical dosing pumps.
·         Daily/Monthly data sheets to be analyzed for improvement.
·         Responsible for operation training to staff for trouble free operation.
·         Responsible for safety implementation.
