I have a multi-dimensional work experience in humanitarian sector which enhanced my skills in project management, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, report writing and event planning. Besides. I obtained a multitude of information through different cultures, languages and customs across the country. Having edge of an educational degree in Urdu literature and Psychology, I have a better understanding of people with their specific cultures and problems. Therefore, my self-motivated, dedicated, punctual and hard-working nature combined with work experience in different NGOs/INGOs aroused urges to move on to support vulnerable and marginalized communities specifically women and children. Last but not the least, I always desired to embark upon new tasks with innovative techniques. I am also fond of traveling with the view to learn at a broader level.
