• Verification of invoices, bills and claims submitted by Sub-Contractors and Suppliers for work done and materials respectively
• Visiting site for measurements of work done.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports highlighting work-done and costs, to ensure grip on cost-control.
• Recommending ideas for cost controlling.
• Preparation and maintaining of databases for Invoices, Bills and Vouchers.
• Review material deliveries and work done with respect to Bill of Quantities (BOQs)
• Preparation of rate analysis.
• Preparation of contracts for:
o Material purchase (Deformed Bars, I-Beams, admixtures, Curing material, Cement, Sand and Macadam etc.)
o Equipment lease (Generators 25KVA-450KVA, Excavators, Loaders, Cranes 25T-260T, Bulldozers, T-Mixers, Fork-lifters etc.)
o Third-party labor supplies

• Carrying routine works in line with the approved execution drawings.
• Interpret complex engineering design documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Directing the Foreman & manpower of day-to-day site works.
• Liaising with Consultants / Clients at site.
• Responsible for Material indents, checking Labor output and quality of works etc.
• Giving feed backs to office for monthly valuations of completed works.
• Attending meetings and competently communicate with the construction personnel.
• Resolving issues occurring at site.
• Preparing Weekly/Monthly client and senior management progress reports.
• Verifying the Monthly Bills and Claims of sub-contractors.

• Planning traffic survey and organizing manpower for data collection.
• Organizing trainings of survey team to assure quality data.
