Business Development Manager
Collect all types of information from overseas markets and informs the information system to make strategic decision making easier. To provide service to all type of containers import/export regarding all types of trading & industrial companies. Dealing with foreign Banks and foreign agents for remittance. International corresponds dealing supply chain related quires import and export Communication with overseas agents for collecting the sea freight rates of all shipping lines. Providing serves to customer, also getting new inquires and to inform to pipeline shipment’s and checking new inquires and confirm BL Drafts of new shipment. To communicate with suppliers for new loading status and checking cargos loading plan. To make sure the arrangement of staff meeting & get feedback from sales & marketing staff on daily, weekly & monthly basis. To make sure the monthly progress record/reports of all shipments. To make necessary arrangements for various meetings regarding new shipments. To make sure the meetings with new importers/consignees to agreed working to develop the business & provide them best services Working also all terms like FOB C&F FCL and LCL shipments Any other duty assigned by the CEO.
Import Documentation Officer
Submitted to all shipping line online and soft copy of manifestation of all HBL Shipments Working on climax software and garneted invoice Arrangements of delivery orders and gates pass from all shipments line Follow up and check emails daily basis & print out new BL drafts also tracking vessel and filing of all shipments Daily reports to managements from all documentation BL and invoice pipe line and arrived shipments
