Job responsibilities:
➢ Presenting business to potential clients (Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Interiors Companies & Direct Owners
➢ To keep strong follow-up with potential clients for business generation development.
➢ To fulfill the requirements of clients like physical samples, technical documents etc.
➢ To spend time out of the office in meetings new clients.
➢ Preparation of technical & commercial proposals for quotation.
➢ Supervision of drawing, BOQ & qualification section including all certifications.
➢ Keeps on searching for more clients & Projects through R&D
➢ Ensuring business remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
➢ Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
➢ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
➢ Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
➢ Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with existing customers and partners.

Ø To plan the functional aspects and the visual look of kitchen & wardrobes spaces for the clients.Ø To manage the full cycle ordering process of projects from inception to completion in a timely and accurate manner.Ø To deal clients first, discuss the detail of the project, draw the plan according to client’s needs, talk with architects and spearheaded the overall installationØ Make estimations (proposals) of all types of kitchens, wardrobes, & projectØ Creating cost-effective merchandising strategies for the showroom to acquire major sales opportunities.Ø To make the best design in 3D software as per ideas, recommendations & budget of customer.Ø Administering showrooms to maintain high volume along with increased turnover and enhanced customer satisfactionØ To recommend the accessories (conceal types, open) as per need if require, and explain the features and advantageous of them.Ø To Suggest about natural granite, artificial stone as per color & design and give them the details differentiation of bothØ Provide all information of products and selling different brands of appliancesØ Make appointments with clients and consultation regarding needs, guided clients about solutions, & site visits of surveyorØ To make order details and send to factory with necessary documents and ensure with factory manager that all information correct as per order.Ø To handle all complaints and give the best solution to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and trust on long term basis.

Briefly explain the kitchen technical Drawing (Sockets, Switches & Platform) to Customer and his contractor.
In detail to acknowledge the customer about Kitchen Appliances of all Brands
To arrange site visits for measurement and meetings of surveyor with customer to discuss the site problems.
Receive and Handle all inquiries, complaints and demands from showroom regarding products or service.
Excellent follow-up with customers after the sale to ensure products and service satisfaction.
Provide superior customer service and support in selection, design and material placement of kitchens and answering all customer inquiries and design questions
