Oversee all the aspects of a project. Arrange and manage the materials, workers, equipment and services needed for completing projects on time and within budget.1. Hiring specialized subcontractors if necessary.2. Ensuring safety regulations are followed on sites.3. Advising clients.4. Making sure the sites are secure.5. Managing work teams, materials and equipment.6. Inspecting the quality of work done by employed workers and subcontractors.7. Keeping accurate financial records.8. Monitoring schedules.9. Site supervision and Quality Check.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT. •Liaison with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives •Create and manage project work plans, schedules and work hours •Distribute relevant information during the project life cycle with Kloud7 team and the customer •Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports during the project life cycle •Assign project tasks to the Kloud7 Technical team and assist with schedule management •Analyze and monitor project progress, handle risks, issues and opportunities that arise during project deployment •Ensure customer satisfaction and work performed is in accordance with the defined standards •Communicate project status update to the Project Manager and Operations Manager on regular basis •Oversee project correspondences, prepare, and review project related emails, letters, meeting minutes and other documents •Coordinate with TAC team and schedule technician to customer sites for service related issues if require. Provide support to higher management when requested. •Providing IT project support and maintaining the tracking of detailed tasks in project interfaces. •Following the project management process and ensure that required project deliverables are provided (project schedule, work flow and specifications, etc. Procurement & Inventory Management: •Procure equipment / supplies for projects, service tickets and Kloud 7 Inventory. •Conduct inventory audits on weekly and bi-monthly basis of Kloud 7 equipment, supplies and tools. •Maintain record of all the equipment / supplies that has been Checked In / Checked Out of the Kloud 7 Inventory •Add new equipment / supplies to Kloud 7 Assets inventory Maintain and track Lease schedules.

Proactively volunteer for various team activities. •Managed quality assurance program including on site evaluations, internal audits and customer surveys
