o Managing Global Logistics and Project Procurement related to Oil and Gas Industry.

o Evaluated supplier performance using the Company supplier rating model, and participates in continuous improvement efforts with suppliers.

o Coordination for Invoicing problem, Bill issue, payment to suppliers & monitoring purchasing records.

o Coordination for payment issue like COD basis & commercial document like L.C, bank guarantee (ABG/ PBG), Contract etc.

o Floating inquiry (RFQ), Techno-commercial evaluation of quotation/offers & negotiation with suppliers.

o Preparation of P.O, P.O approval & making P.O entry in budget chart. Material follow up, logistic arrangement. Proficient in supervising & controlling the inbound /outbound logistics processes & services at vendors end.

o Provide regular performance reporting on resource and operational issues across all assignment, to ensure any performance deviations are addressed in a timely manner.

o Develop relationships with appropriate suppliers both domestic and international to ensure safe, cost effective, and smooth flow of materials.
