KA Power Limited, one of KOEN Co., Ltd subsidiaries, is involved in the development, construction, ownership, and operations of the 238MW Kalam Asrit Hydropower Project, Swat (KPK) Pakistan.RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support and assist the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) on all technical matters.- Coordinate with project consultants for the revision of feasibility study, updating BoQs and other technical affairs along with environmental matters.- Support and assist the Project Development department during the preparation of the NEPRA FS stage tariff petition application, IRSA NOC application, and other pre-development activities.- Coordinate with project stakeholders (including but not limited to Government entities, Project Lenders, Lender’s Engineers) on Technical and E&S matters.- Compile and assist the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in the preparation of submittals including technical reports and approvals.

Provided consultancy services in Owner’s Engineers Team JV1 at Defect Notification Period of102MW GHPP Kotli AJ&K.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Monitored Contractor performance, identified the weak areas, and suggested solutions during the project implementation.- Arranged formal approval to EPC Contractor\'s proposals for escalations, and variation orders subject to the agreed scope of work.- Timely and expert technical advice on dispute resolution with the EPC Contractor, Client community, and government authorities.- Managed the relationship with the lender\'s technical advisor during the construction and operation phase which included the construction monitoring, milestone payment approvals, submission of reports, engaging their site visits & response to queries. - Responded to and satisfied all the technical queries raised by the project lenders, sponsors, lender\'s advisors, owner\'s advisors, auditors, power purchaser, and government.-Site inspection of pending concrete works of diversion tunnels, upstream reservoir, powerhouse and supervise other architectural repairs.- Prepared & track DRs, MRs, NCRs, RFIs and other official letters. Support any documentation & Office-based responsibilities to meet construction schedule & QA/QC.- Analyzed design revisions, review MoS for civil works & proposed strategy of NCRs.- Provided consultation services for community issues raised after impounding in collaboration with gov. and client.

Worked as a part of an expert consultant team at BIM-based construction of multi-storey building THE MILL HOUSE Ipswich England. This project was designed with combination of POP Model Method and BIM Model. RESPONSIBILITIES:  Primarily handled project quality management & subsidiary planning management.  Executed inspections as per checklist retrieved from 4D BIM-based model & PDCA.  Ensured documentation is completed and work is installed to a high standard of quality per the project documents.  Evaluated quality analysis considering deviation analysis and compliance analysis.  Prepared weekly quality reports, updated status activities in model.  Supported any documentation & office-based responsibilities to meet construction schedule and specific QA/QC program.  Handled Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
