The job which is assigned to me is regarding all administrative and manage the whole Retail Finance division. 1-Processing of Personal,Consumer, Commercial loans.2-Processing of final settlement / termination of loans. 3-Arrangement of approvals from higher authorities for release of Security documents and issuance of NOCs5-Confirming of account closure of concerned loan from operations. 6-Make Liaison with CAD for the release of security documents. 7-Maintaining MIS of released documents / correspondence / waiver approvals / etc. 8-Resolve customers queries via telephonically9-Resolve customer queries via email10-Resolve complaints regarding Retail Finance Division.11-Maintain MIS Regarding Complains on daily basis.12-Follow up to ensure everything is resolved-record action in log.13-Provide Pay off amounts to Customers.14-Segregation of Collaterals CFC Wise for Delivery of Same to Respective CFCs &Customers.15-MIS Maintenance Regarding Submission Of Annexures, Retrieval Of Documents and Delivery Of Same To Concerned CFCs & Customers.16-Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
