With over 14 years of diverse and rich experience in the humanitarian and development sectors, I am a seasoned professional with a strong background and expertise in public policy, monitoring and evaluation, governance and development policy, protection, humanitarian-development-peace nexus, stakeholder engagement, information management and research. I have worked with industry top employers and institutions, such as EU, USAID, FCDO, DFAT, DFATD, JICA, ECHO, UNDP, IOM, UNHCR, IRC and ACTED, and have successfully delivered complex and challenging projects and programmes in protracted conflicts, emergency situations, and humanitarian crises.
Currently, I am an Associate Coordination Officer at UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, where I support the coordination, planning, monitoring, and reporting of the humanitarian response in Pakistan. I also liaise with the government, donors, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of protection and assistance to refugees and other persons of concern. I am passionate about advancing the humanitarian-development-peace nexus and fostering collaborative and adaptive leadership in the sector. I have a master's degree in Governance and Development Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and multiple certifications and publications in ME, IM, and public policy. I am fluent in Pashto, English, and Urdu, and have a keen interest in Accountability to Affected Populations, migration and mobility, and AGD and Inclusion.

Implement and improve an established system for ongoing, gender-sensitive
monitoring and reporting of activities.
Monitor and verify outputs and evaluate outcomes and impacts of activities in
