After working in the development sector and having an academic degree in social science I have gained a lot of fruitful knowledge and enhanced valuable skills from the local community, colleagues, national and foreign development practitioners.
I have a keen interest in data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation, while working with the management support unit I have mastered the skills related to data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation. Beside my regular job I have worked as short-run consultant in two Projects as a data analyst.
Worked on ICMC/GIZ funded project Post-Perception Survey on “Promoting Social Cohesion between Afghan Refugees and Host Communities through Urban Cohesion Hub” in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. This consultancy services were on to develop tools for conducting the post-perception survey of GIZ funded project for Afghan refugees and host communities.
I had been actively involved in monitoring and evaluation activities including development of data collection and reporting templates and reporting progress on prescribed templates to M&E unit for onwards sharing with Project director. While working closely with the senior colleagues, I had contributed to data processing, tabulation, analysis and report writing. Prepared and evaluate performance reports with executives to help track progress towards project goals.
