Responsibilities
Recruitment-
Attracting talent through employee job portals, newspaper advertisements, consultants, walk-ins and headhunting etc.
Conducted number of interviews for various posts at all levels of management. Assisting in selection process, conducting interviews, salary fitment, screening, negotiation on various aspects of role & position offered. Induction & Orientation-
Plan, organize, and conduct induction program.
Complete the joining formalities i.e. collect the required documents, creation of login id for attendance system, design reporting system & assign mentor as per the respective department wise.
Salary Administration-
Designed, implemented and operating the whole payroll system from maintaining attendance to salary distribution
Maintain the employee attendance in Human Resource Information System & generate the attendance for the salary process at month ends.
coordinate with the finance & IT department for monthly payroll system, make necessary entries for new incumbents, unpaid leave, salary advances, loans installments, EOBI etc.
Monitoring the whole process of salary distribution. Headcount budgeting
HR / Administration-
Manage overall HRMIS Ensure data integrity
Customizing it through coordination with software developer as per requirement of the company
Provide end user HRMIS trainings
Maximizing its utilization through generating and analyzing standard and custom reports to address management requirements from time to time
Verification of documents and employment screening/background verification of new joined employees.
Grievance handling various staff issues/queries related to various HR policies, confirmation.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems.
Maintain the notice board by keeping employees aware of new policies implemented in Co.
Maintain Personnel files and employee information in various forms like employee database, preparing all HR letters and certificates etc.
Exit Process-
Conduct and analyze exit interviews. Make closing document.
Coordinating & managing employee final settlement with the help of finance dept. and sending circular to other departments at the time of relieving of an employee.
Handled the issue by giving warning through verbally or written (issuing warning letter) till termination of employees due to continuous absenteeism, no prior intimation before taking leaves, unable to reach assigned targets, lack of ownership & responsibility etc.
Compliance:
Successfully conducted the audits of IMS (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001) and BSCI in execution stage.
Prepare and Implement the Set in Orders as per approved standards by the certification body.
Making sure that the factories all processes are working in accordance with compliance standards.
