•Providing Level 2 Technical Support of Access Network of PTCL MSAG & MSAN Models Huawei UA5000, MA5600T
• Support related to Slow Browsing, Packet Losses and Authenticating Issues on the Whole MSAG, OLT ,MSAN and ONU
• Troubleshooting Issues on Access End, Checking Alarms, CRC Errors, Optical power Issues
• Monitoring Bandwidth Utilization, Updating Bandwidth On Solar Wind
• Maintaining and Updating record of all the Network equipment deployed
• Supporting Development Test for the deployment of New Network Equipment by Remotely Configuring ONT, Creating services and ensuring all services are Running properly.
• Managing the HSI VLANs (Broadband), and VOD VLANS (IPTV)
• Troubleshooting Of all deployed PTCL Equipment in South Region at Access Level • Identify problems and Analysis of network
• Implementation Of ACL Configuration
