Primary Responsibilities:
• Give supervisory support to all team members.
• Coordinate projects activities.
• Keep complete track record of the each team member and his performance against the set target.
• Prepare, administer and keep strong check on his team for effective implementation.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports.
• Keep updating Director Program about the project progress and achievements.
• Assist the Director Program in the review of all project related document and give proper information for best implementation of the project
• Keep the Director Program and others informed about project status and issues that may impact the project activities.
• Strictly follow and enforce the organization policies and procedure in office and in field alongside.

Primary Responsibilities:
Pre-Campaign
• Preparation of micro plan in collaboration with the area in charges
• Ensure 100% micro plan desk revision and field validation.
• Ensure 1005 trained team members.
• Desk review and field validation of all micro plans according to standard format and send to PEO
• Tally sheet analysis of the campaign.
• Monitoring and supervision of all “Area in charges & Team” training session and report submission to PEO.
• Reporting readiness on standard formats and sends to PE0.
• Record keeping

During-Campaign and catch-up
• Monitoring report consisting of issues of team deployment, vaccine status and presence of must members. The monitor should leave the health facility as early as possible not later than 8:00 AM
• The monitor has to carry vaccine carrier with him/her and vaccinate any unvaccinated child found during cluster.
• The monitor has to check the teams and supervise the teams in terms of tally sheet recordings, vaccine carriage, chalking and their composition.
• 30 HH clusters to be checked per day. (10HH consist each cluster)

Key Responsibilities:
• Frequently conducting meeting with Primary Care Management Committee (PCMC) in Health facility level
• Conducting capacity building trainings for Primary Care Management Committee (PCMC).
• Conducting dialogues with local community for awareness, Social Accountability and Gender sensitizes at union Council level.
• Facilitate and monitoring of Livelihood Team to conduct Poverty Score Card (PSC), identifying poor’s of poorest community members, transferring assets and giving them to technical and vocational trainings.
• Ensuring participation and involvement of the beneficiary community in program implementation so that programming occurs in a consultative, participative and gender sensitive way.
• Participate in review and development of criteria for beneficiary identification and selection.
• .Co-ordinating, planning and carrying out field assessments for the various projects. Of SRSP Kohistan.
• Prepare plans and participate in the data collection for M&E activities.
• Write and/or contribute to field-based reports.
• Ensure compliance with SRSP and CESSD standard operating procedures to guarantee accountability throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure timely completion of project activities in Kohistan.
• Coordination and holding meetings with religious leaders to facilitate project for smooth implementation of the activities in order to ensure women participation in SSCs and women mobility both in staff and local.
• Preparation of work plane on monthly and quarterly basis.
• Budgeting for project activities.
• Coordination meetings with health department, stakeholders, Govt departments and other NGOs.
• Sharing monthly progress report and monthly work plan with health department.
