o Arrange renewal of company maintained and franchise branches fascia signage taxes certification, weighing scale calibration certification etc.
o Process and initiate business plans for new and existing express centers renovation works, further follow up with ABH \\ MR \\ RMR to initiate renovation work according to the submitted budget.
o Follow up with Manager Retails in Karachi to develop and submit monthly attendance sheet of complete Retail staff RSO \\ RSEs.
o Manage all administrative issues at Karachi area express centers including minor renovation works, regular payments to associations, building maintenance charges through PCVs.
o Arrange and maintain record of provided uniform to retail staff on Network, including follow up with Areas and admin department to arrange required quantity.
