I am responsible for value-added software in IPL for national and international clients. I perform all the operations including data extraction, troubleshooting, technical support, managed services, client support, monitoring, quality assurance, and server maintenance. It is also my responsibility to perform requirement engineering with effective and technical communication.
My experience can really be used at higher levels of the company for enhancement, time and cost-saving process and betterment of the IT department due to in-depth knowledge and vast experience of technical projects.
