I have MPhil degree in Human Nutrition and have acquired more than 10 years experience in development and emergency programs, specifically in post conflict areas through program management, planning, implementation follow ups, administration operational management of project implementation, external relations, quality control reporting, grants management, consortium/partnership management, capacity building and information management.

Currently, I am working with United Nation World Food Programme (WFP Pakistan) in the capacity of Program Officer Punjab. Under current role I am supporting the smooth implementation of Benazir Nashounuma Interventions i.e., Establishment of Facilitation Centers in Different Districts of Sargodha Division, managing the program activities as well as, Program representation, reporting and coordination.
I have been working with United Nation World Health Organization (WHO) Pakistan, consortium of Planning Development Department and Department of Health in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Stunting Prevention Rehabilitation Intervention Nutrition Gain (KP-SPRING) Program and so many different NGOs and INGOs like ACF International-Pakistan Mission, Frontier Primary Health Care (FPHC), Prime Foundation (PIPH), NWGH Research Center, HMC Peshawar Center of Excellence for Rural Development (CERD), ACF International, Social Service Program (SSP) Pakistan, CDO-Swabi in UNICEF, UNWFP, ECHO, UNOCHA, and UNHCR funded projects.
Over the past 10 years of working with above listed organization, I have successfully managed the programs/projects under Humanitarian Response and Social Development including Emergency Nutrition (CMAM IYCF Projects, Maternal Neonatal and Child Health/Mother Child Days, Behavior Change Communication and Social Cohesion for Health on multiple professional positions in Program Management/Development, MEAL and Coordination/Communication departments. Being a Project/Program Focal Person I was actively involved in Capacity building of project staff as well as Government staff of the project area and have facilitated So many trainings on Nutrition, Malnutrition, CMAM MIYCN, Positive Deviance, EPI and Social Cohesion for Health, Health Nutrition Promotion. Beside all this I have effective presentation, negotiation, communication and reporting skills at national / provincial clusters and different stakeholder level. I have rich experience of managing and reporting various assessment and research studies like KAP, SQUEAC, Coverage Investigation, Nutrition assessments and SMART. I have got quality skills of proposals and concept paper writing, event management and trainings facilitation.

General Objectives:
Position is responsible for measuring, recording, counseling and follow-up of the CMAM beneficiaries referred to the OTP/SFP sites following the initial screening exercise in an outreach program. This position closely works with the outreach teams to develop and maintain a smooth referral system.
Objective 1: Beneficiary anthropometric measurement and record keeping at OTP/SFP sites
Conduct quality anthropometric measures at the OTP/SFP sites on the referral beneficiaries following the initial screening exercise while ensuring efficient and effective workflow.
Compile, organize and maintain accurate records of beneficiaries referred to the OTP/SFP sites by documenting all the essential information in a hard-copy according to the standard OTP/SFP recording format and standards of the ACF.
Keep the record of the beneficiaries in an automated (computerized) data processing system.
Problem solve of beneficiaries complaint related to records and admission criteria.
To counsel all the discharged patients for further follow ups through Community Nutrition Volunteers (CNVs).
Work with the outreach teams to develop and maintain a referral system at community level. Engage CNV in referring malnourished children and pregnant and lactating women special attention to the basic health units.
Provide feedback the status of the supplies to the OTP/SFP Supervisor.
Participate in the development of fact sheets and other training materials as required for the MOH health staffs.
Assist the OTP/SFP Supervisor in providing MOH staffs with technical support in convening meetings and answering questions on topics relevant to the project.

Assist in the preparation of reports about the admission, discharge, defaulter, absent, etc throughout the project cycle. `
