Optical Transmission and Core Network Engineer
. Onsite Technical Survey of site and making Survey Report on AutoCAD and Microsoft Word.
• Responsible of Survey, hardware Installation, Commissioning, Trouble shooting, Integration,
operation and maintenance of Huawei SDH & DWDM equipment.
• Preparation of Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) Files.
• Responsible for Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) with the customer and technical support for test
cases during acceptance.
• Responsible for Link Integration and traffic shifting
• On hands experience of DWDM equipment like OSN 9800(U16, U32), OSN1800, OSN8800, PTN960
and PTN3900.
• Responsible of equipment testing by Optical Spectrum analyzer, BERT Meter, Optical Power meters,
Optical Variable attenuator, U2000, Putty & Optix Navigator during commissioning.
• Responsible of field operations and manage daily activities.
• First line troubleshooting of Huawei OSN9800
• On-call support for ring activities and cutovers
• Responsible for Hardware installation, Commissioning and Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT) of
Huawei Rectifier
• Reports directly to Manager O&M and customer.
