•   Contributed to designing & developing HR module of ERP Microsoft      Dynamics 365 (software) according to customized organizational needs.      Uses efficiently Microsoft Dynamics 365 (software) for disbursing monthly      payroll.
•   Supervises the process of talent acquisition and onboarding: job posting,      Interview job applicants; review application/resume; and evaluate applicant      skills by making use of relevant modules of ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365.
•   Employee Offer Management: Manages the process of making job offers to      the selected candidates. Facilitating the acceptance of job offers by selected      candidates.
•   Training and Development: Designs and conducts the immersion training      programs for new employees. Periodically arranging training for staff to keep      them updated on the latest developments by making use of ERP Microsoft      Dynamics 365.
•   Compensation   and   Benefits   Administration:   Manages   the   process   of      preparation and distribution of payroll. Dealing in issuing letters related to      salary of new appointments, promotions, changes in employee designations,      changes in employee salaries, transfers and other employees related letters.
•   Employee Relations:  Maintaining positive employee relations within the      organization. Implementing strategies for employee retention. Addressing and      resolving employee grievances. Perform specific research/investigation into      operational issues, as requested.
 Disciplinary Actions and Termination:  Taking disciplinary actions when
     necessary. Issuing warning letters, show-cause letters, and suspension of      employment letters. Forming inquiry committees and taking appropriate steps      based on inquiry reports. Issuing termination letters when required.
•   Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.      Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems      and inquiries.
•   Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment,      compensation, employee relations, benefits, and training and development.
•   Gives comprehensive help with both internal and external auditing activities      related to human resources.
•   Prepared and presented clear and concise reports of HR processes to the C-      Level management on monthly basis.
•   Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, job      evaluation systems and Career Path & Capacity Building.
•   Administer and explain benefits to employees, serve as liaison between      employees and Health & Life Takaful and EOBI carriers.
•   Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer      software systems, and manual filing systems. Reviewed and approved the      employee’s compensations, benefits and monthly variations in Microsoft      Dynamics 365 and trigger them to payroll.
