My background includes serving as a customer service Representative, Sales Officer/Assistant, Team Leading and Supervisor within call-center Industry.

My 1st Experience I worked for Pizza Pizza Toronto Ontario-Canada as an Order Taker for 6 Months and afterthat i have been promoted to Customer support desk due to my good performance and i worked for 1.5 years and my responsibilities are Taking Orders, verifying Orders/Customer Help, Filing Complains of UN-Necessary Products and providing back-up Floor manager during busy periods.

2nd Experience Previously, I worked within one high-volume customer-support call centers for a United States Campaign as a Business Development Manager. In this positions, I consistently met my Stats and call-volume goals, handling an average of 150 to 200 calls per day, Finding Leads of construction Companies, Do Follow-Ups Or to do Approximately more then 150 emails a Day to General Building Contractors USA those who are in need of our Cost Estimation Services.
