I was working as an English Language Teacher. My main focus was not just to teach academic English but also, to focus on their speaking and writing skills. 

Worked as an Office Manager who had multiple jobs at the same time. For example, working as an accountant, Marketing, manage and scheduling classes for students, meeting with people, and front desk receptionist.

Designed a 9-week curriculum for a group of 3-4 students at mixed proficiency level (Novice, low intermediate and heritage learners) based on their pre-course and on-going needs assessment
Taught 1-hour class twice per week using communicative teaching approach, focusing on learners speaking and listening skills in daily conversations
blended Urdu culture with language lessons such as using Pakistani Movies and videos to present both linguistic features and cultural aspects.

Taught Absurd Drama and Novel to the Masters level Students for a Semester for 2-hour twice per week.
