<p>Looking to HR Function containing Job Analyzing, Recruitment, JD Drafting, Initial Interviewing, Orientation, Training and Development and employees Record Keeping.</p> <p> Look after all the attendance matters of employees.</p> <p> Responsible to preparation employee monthly and weekly salary. </p> <p> Look after the performance analyzing Process of employee.</p> <p> Development policies, rules and regulation then implementation.</p> <p> Maintenance and fueling of company vehicle and record keeping.</p> <p> Latter drafting related to all concerned matters of administration</p> <p> (Vehicle authority latter, transferred letter, Delivery letter, vehicle booking, complain letter (Telephone, Sewerage etc...) </p> <p> Look after gate pass matters and record keeping</p> <p> Payroll processing including incentives, EOBI, Social Security and reporting Prepaid Pessi Sheet of employees</p> <p> Onboarding, employee leaves, probation evaluations, resignations, final settlements etc. / Maintaining accurate employee records</p> <p> Dealing with health and life insurances</p> <p> Employee Relations – identifying and resolving workplace issues / Dealing with Disciplinary issues</p> <p> Industrial Relation</p> <p> All Audit Responsibilities</p> <p> Production Report </p> <p> </p>
