Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
Process employee requests for outside training while complying with policies and procedures.
Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment.
Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
Schedule and organize interviews.
Participate in applicant interviews.
Conduct reference checks on possible candidates.
Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
Conduct exit interviews.
Timely submission of Recruitment Plans, Weekly, Monthly and HR Statistical report to HOD.
Maintain a leave tracking system which allows HR to effectively manage leave for all staff.
Prepare contracts and organize Induction of all new employees.
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
Ensure that the HR policies, and procedures are communicated to all staff,
Maintain and follow up the management of the Employee Folders, collect all necessary documents and maintain the employee database.
Perform other related duties as required.
Sr. Training / Recruitment Executive
Recruitments Responsibilities: July 2013 to Present
Screening, hiring and recruitment of new resources along with the documents and files preparation.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
Visiting colleges / universities campuses to hire fresh candidates.
Achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
Creating pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Preparing monthly recruitment Stats, weekly Headcount, Attrition report.
Conducting exit interviews, preparing exit interview analysis report.
Training Responsibilities:
Conducting training sessions for new employees in batches.
HR orientations for the new employees.
Soft skills trainings for all employees(Enhancing supervisory Skills, Personal grooming and ergonomics, Office ethics, Communication skills, Email etiquettes).
Co-coordinating in external trainings required for the employees, Contacting training institutes for enrolling the employees in upcoming technical training.
Maintaining all the records of Certified Resources.
Conducting Training Need Analysis.
Training and development of new resources by giving them the complete product knowledge.
Conducting training surveys.
Ensuring employees receive statutory required training.
Preparing training feedback analysis.
