Following are the tasks, I performing.
Prepare database of Interns and payment of stipend.
Prepare database of employee for the purpose of overtime payments.
Staff Financing Responsible for Motor Bike Loan for employees, dealing with different
departments and Vendors to ensure timely delivery of Motor Bike.
Performance Management Responsible to initiate the process of Performance
Appraisal. Issuance /Receipt of Goal Setting forms from employees for current year
and update in database. Sharing Goal Setting forms with employees for Mid-Year
Performance Appraisal Evaluation. Sharing Performance Appraisal forms with
employees for preparation, F2F Session.
Responsible to deal with Vendors and timely issuance of Employee cards, business Cards & Official SIM
to employees. And also looking forward queries of employee regarding SIM and get timely resolved by correspondence with vender. And also maintain database employee vise.
Personnel Management Responsible to prepare and maintain employee files and keep in safe custody.
Payroll & Benefits Responsible for final settlement of resigned staff.
Maintain & help to prepare database for the payroll purpose.
Also worked on prepare and maintain diversity report.
And also working on prepare Regularization, Confirmation, probation Extension and Contract Renewal letters and maintain data base.
