Incharge of the Food & Beverage Division, and responsible for all tasks for the division.

It was a 200 rooms hotel with 1 restaurant, in-room dining and Banquet space to accommodate 2500 persons. I was incharge of the Food & Beverage division including Kitchen, Stewarding, Banquet Sales & Operations, and F&B Service. I was also responsible for Revenue and Expense Budget, Capital Expense Budgets, Marketing Plan, Hiring of staff, Training and Coaching, Quality Standards and Profit & Loss, of the division.
General Manager
It\'s a new project for 4 banquet halls for the capacity of 2200 persons in a sit down style sitting, and one restaurant for 260 persons sitting capacity with full service menu. The project is at finishing and soft opening phase. I have completed all SOP\'s for it\'s front and back of the house operations, all financial reports and P&L sheet.

Incharge of the Food & Beverage Division, responsible for all departments of the division, marketing plan, revenue and expense budgets, capex budget, operations, restaurants, banquets, production, training, hiring, profit & loss, staff appraisals, and all other departmental tasks.
Assistant General Manager
Incharge of day today operations of this 121 rooms 4 star delux hotel. Helping to uplift the service standards of rooms, food bakeryand other products, and image of this hotel, and enhancing the revenues through upselling and uplifting the product on continuous basis.
